Guys and Girls! The challenge is a simple one. The goal is to complete 100 Burpees (with jump) 100 press ups and 100 crunches in the fastest time possible. Its a great test of cardio and muscular endurance. I hope you enjoy it as much as i did and i look forward to hearing your scores and comments.
