The Ultimate Sports Injury Challenge
OK, so the Harlequins rugby Bloodgate scandal is back in the news at the moment, where Tom Williams, under orders from head coach Dean Richards, insisted that team doctor Wendy Chapman cut his lip after biting on a blood capsule.
We've got no time here for fake, cheating injuries, but we're fascinated by genuine ones. So, here's the challenge:
What's your worst ever sporting injury? Points will be awarded for number of stitches and broken limbs, time spent unconscious and so on.
Just fill in the details of your worst ever injury, and make sure you tell everyone what sport you were doing and how the injury happened - the more gory details the better!
If you have a photo or video of your injury, all the better - post it (unless it's going to make us feel sick!)
