The Lying Crucifix Challenge
This strength / endurance workout involves holding weight(dumbells) out to your side whilst laid on your back. The weights should be at approx . a 45% degree angle off the ground, and remain in that position until finish. The winner is the person who lasts the longest, but remember, this is a weight based challenge, thus the heavier you go the more your time counts. Lets get it on!!!!
Always warm-up before you workout.
Event 1: Length of time in Lying Crucifix Position
Time, in minutes and seconds, you can hold the position. Minimal arm movement / shaking allowed, but not ull arm movements.
Event 2: Weight of combined dumbells in kilograms
Total weight of the two dumbells
