Alternating one armed chin ups challenge
A variation on a the one armed pull up/chin up. One hand palm facing yourself, second hand on wrist for support, do a full rep, chin over bar and all the way down. Now the twist. Slowly switch hands without assistance or your feet touching the ground and due a rep with the other hand. Keep alternating.
This is a challenge as you have to fight swinging side to side as you switch. Posting my first attempt as a demo.
