The P90X Challenge: Body Ripper
We all love the P90X program /workouts - now put your progress to the test with the P90X Challenge. Complete all the below classic exercises in the fastest time and be crowned Body Ripper King / Queen. Get ready to take it to the X!
WARNING: This work-out will push you to the limit and beyond. Make sure warm-up for this workout.
The exercises are as follows and must be completed in this sequence:-
- 20 Dive-bomber push-ups
- 20 Swing kicks (Each rep is when both legs have been kicked over the chair / stool)
- 20 Prison Cell Push-ups
- 20 Chair Dips
- 20 Diamond Grip Push-ups
Make sure you time this event and post video if you are a genuine contender.
Tip: Get your chair for the dips and swing kicks ready in advance.
