The World's Strongest Man challenge

The World's Strongest Man is a well recognised event in strength athletics and has been described by a number of highly respected authorities in the sport as the premier event in strongman. Now is your chance to take part! Complete the selected strongman events and post your score along with a video for credibility. Please note I have change the events to make them as easy as possible to complete at home with minimal needed equipment. Could you be the next Mariusz Pudzianowski, Geoff Capes or Magnus Ver Magnusson??

Event 1: Event 1: The Crucifix (time lasted)
Hold out two weights in a crucifix position for as long as possible. Record the time in seconds. Your time is up once your arms begin to move and are lowered below shoulder height.

Event 2: Event 1: The Crucifix (combined weight in kgs)
Recorded the combined weight, in kilograms, of the two objects used to do the crucifix.

Event 3: Event 2: Number of press-ups in one minute
Record the number of press-ups you can complete in one minute.

Event 4: Event 3: The L Sit Challenge
How long can you stay up in the dreaded L sit position legs must be straight, parallel bars are aloud. Record your time in seconds.

Event 5: Event 4: Maximum chin-ups without pause
How many chin-ups can you complete without pause?

Event 6: Event 5: Maximum pull-ups without pasue
How many pull-ups can you complete without pause?
