How many push ups/press ups (depending what you prefer to call them) can you squeeze out in a single minute? NOT on your knees, proper full-blooded push-ups (although because this is a speed challenge, they don't have to be absolutely perfect form - but we want to see some serious range of motion). Who will push their body to the limit and beyond for the glory?? None of this gym rubbish, real (wo)men don't need props! You can do it..........  more about this challenge...

    GedMustoNumber1: I done 112 'Full' Push-Ups in One Minute back in 2002, and is still the 3rd highest in the World...Good form Steve though if you were properly adjudicated by Guinness, you would've been docked at least 30-40...for not taking the chest down far enough
