What's the most you can leg press for 5 good reps? Legs must get to 90 degrees (or pretty damn close if you have an injury). *227 kg. for 5 reps at a body weight of 91 kg. would equal a score of 2.5. *Take your lifted weight and divide it by your body weight.     890lbs at 168lbs. body weight for 5. Just realized that someone called me during my video and didn't record. I will do it again in a few days on leg day again. I'll go for 900+ this time.
