The lower the ratio between your resting heart rate and your theoretical maximum, the fitter you are!

You should take your resting heart rate when you're genuinely rested and relaxed - first thing when you wake up is best, without getting out of bed.

We want to know what sports/training regimes result in the lowest heart rate, so make sure you describe what training you do and how long you've been doing it, plus any information about diet, in your score comments so people can see what works!
