The classic fitness test is now on Konkura. Set the Concept II rowing machine to 2000m and complete the distance as quickly as you can. You can choose any fan setting you like from 1 - 10. This is an all-comers challenge. Whenever you break your personal best, up date your score. And if you're getting sub 6mins - you should be rowing in the Olympics!
