Dumbbell Domino's must be completed in a gym containing a rack of dumbells. The challenge is to start at the lowest weight set of dumbbells, complete 20 reps of curls (10 each arm), then move onto the weight up of dumbbells without resting. Keep moving up the weights until burn-out. On completion add all the dumbbell weights together (e.g. if you curled dumbbells weighing 10kgs, 12kgs, 14kgs and 16kgs, your total weight would be 52kgs - please note that whilst you are curling 2 dumbbells only the weight of 1 is taken).
