What does this challenge involve?

Are you fit enough to be a Formula One driver? The following series are events are used by Team McClaren to determine the minimum standard a potential driver must achieve. The first challenge in the series is the 'Shoulder Press'.

(Team Mclaren standard = >80 repetitions)

Sit down and hold two 10kg dumbbells at shoulder height. Alternate presses for as many as you can in 1 minute.

Go to leaderboard
