Got abs of steel? Then try this. Basically it'll look like wind screen wipers on a car, or like a metronome going "tick-toc" back and forth.
Hang from a pull-up bar. Keeping the upper half of your body perpendicular to the ground, and your legs straight, flex your hip so that your feet come as close to your face as possible. Now move your feet (min 45 degrees) clockwise and anti-clockwise in front of you like a wind screen wiper.
Write down how many you can do in one continuous set, (no time limit).
Try not to "cheat" by leaning back like the guy in the video I pasted. (I couldn't find any better ones.) But if it's too difficult to keep your upper body perpendicular to the floor, some leaning back is allowed.
