    This is such a great challenge....extremely tough on the arms towards the end...bit more left in the tank...John set a tremendous score but I was like nearly all of my challenges, well and totally in the zone!!!...video being uploaded...

    GedMustoNumber1: My strength programme has definitely showed of late on a few challenges Andy, massed up nicely in the arms but went out like a steam train for the first 70 seconds and held on for the rest, kept damn good form though...it will take one hell of an eff
    AndyWeaver: Nice Job Ged. I actually figured 1 per second or 120 was a reasonable target if it could be done aerobically. For me lactic acid buildup was quick I need to get stronger to do better at this. Also need the 5k dumbell vs 6.5k.
