Totally agree with Jo about the tremendous strain on the rotator cuff...I should know because i've done mine in on numerous occasions over the years I have been training and competing...Judging what is the perfect push-up is a difficult thing, even with video technology, the angle of the camera miss...

Pushups all the way to the floor is bad on your rotator cuff and part of the reason why I can only do 12 right now. Rotator cuff reconstruction for the second time. Know your safety techniques and form peeps. Do not end up like me; damaged forever!
