The 180 Degree Tricep Dips

The 180 Degree Tricep Dips

The 180 degree full tricep dip is a new variant to the original bench/chair dip...The palms must turn about face, legs slightly bent to protect the lordosis, mid section and lower back, when you dip downwards the glutes must be near touching the floor, you dip down to a full position and when the arms coming back the elbows are 95% locked out...if they are fully locked then this can damage the ulna and radius...Try and keep the back as straight as possible. Seems an easy sounding exercise but this...   more details
