Heaves From Hell

Heaves From Hell

They're called heaves in the army, but for everyone else they are pull-ups. This is a tough one. You must complete as many pull-ups as you can in 30 minutes. You may rest as often as you like but the clock keeps running. Overhand or underhand, it doesn't matter. All that matters is that your chin clears the bar on each rep by at least two inches. No kipping, proper form, no momentum. Start each rep from a complete dead hang (arms fully straight at the bottom)  more about this challenge...
