The TRX 40/40 Challenge is a combination of two famous TRX exercises used for upper body / core strength:
1) The Atomic Push-up
2) The Low Row
The aim of this TRX 40/40 is to complete 40 atomic push-ups and 40 low rows in the fastest continuous time. Sound difficult - it is!!
