Make sure to warm up and stretch thoroughly before starting, and cool down at the end. Once you're ready to start the workout, start timing yourself. Your score is the length of time it takes you to complete 5 circuits of all the exercises, but make sure you don't sacrifice technique for speed or you won't get the full benefit. Here's what you need to do to take part:

This bootcamp-style workout can be done pretty much anywhere and will get you in great shape if you do it regularly.

Make sure to warm up and stretch thoroughly before starting, and cool down at the end. Once you're ready to start the workout, start timing yourself. Your score is the length of time it takes you to complete 5 circuits of all the exercises, but make sure you don't sacrifice technique for speed or you won't get the full benefit.

One circuit consists of the following exercises. As soon as you finish the circuit, start over:

- 10x Push-ups

- 10x King deadlifts: stand on 1 leg and slowly lower down into a deep squat. Repeat 5x on each leg




- 10x Shoulder drop push-ups – Shift most of weight onto one arm and lower to ground keeping opposite shoulder as high as possible. Do 5 on one side, then 5 on the other

- 10x Jump Squats – Start in squat position. Jump up so your feet are at least 1ft (30cm) off the ground




- 10x Plank with twist (5 each side). Start in the plank position. Lift one elbow and rotate your torso until shoulders and arms are perpendicular to ground. Repeat on other side




- 10x Split squats





- 10x Burpees with pushup
