What does this challenge involve?

The Dumbell Curl Challenge, it does exactly what it says on the tin! Do as many dumbell curls as you can, then record the number of reps and weight of each dumbell (this is a weight adjusted challenge). Each arm curl represents one repetition and the exercise must be completed without rest or pause. Now get curling......

  • agreed Bloke..I saw a lot of swinging, more hammer curls then reg. curls..and not a lot of real good curling. again, just sayin.

  • Its says each arm curl is one rep. What problems is there uploading the video? I've found it fine. Takes a while, but so does directly through youtube.

  • Don't know how it's gone for others, but uploading a video was a royal pain in the butt.
