50% Bodyweight Dumbbell Flys

Maximum continuous dumbbell flys with a combined dumbbell weight of 500% of your bodyweight. For example, if you weigh 80kgs you must complete the challenge with dumbbells weighing 20kgs each.     Am well pleased with this, coming in at a bodyweight of 70kgs I was using 17.5 kgs in each hand, and managed to do 5 more and have taken the score up to 42...the golden 50 is now well and truly in sight...once I get in the proper zone I will knock out those extra 8 reps..Video to follow...
