    Am well pleased with this, coming in at a bodyweight of 70kgs I was using 17.5 kgs in each hand, and managed to do 5 more and have taken the score up to 42...the golden 50 is now well and truly in sight...once I get in the proper zone I will knock out those extra 8 reps..Video to follow...

What does this challenge involve?

Maximum continuous dumbbell flys with a combined dumbbell weight of 500% of your bodyweight. For example, if you weigh 80kgs you must complete the challenge with dumbbells weighing 20kgs each.

The winner of this challenge will be the competitor with the most continuous reps at 50% of their bodyweight.
