    My original resolution was just to get a little fitter and lose my beer gut, but Worthster wants me to train to do a UK-based Tough Mudder with him, so looks like that's it. May have another go at the Windermere marathon in May as well - hopefully my calf won't snap like last time!

    Sylvattica: I've got the season pass for the spartan races if you two wanna join me - the tough mudders aren't widely available in the UK until 2013, and are much more expensive for more or less the same thing.
