Ability level: suitable for all competitors
Age range: any age 		You have to learn to crawl before you can walk. My coach has made us do this before simply find a track or anything in which distance can be measured and bear crawl until you cant bear crawl anymore. A bear crawl requires knees to be off the ground so if your knees hit you are done.
