10 Perfect Pull Ups

10 Perfect Pull Ups

Start with palms facing away slightly wider than shoulder width. Do a pull up all the way up to your chest in a slow controlled motion, hold at the top and slowly descend in a controlled manner. Repeat 10 times. Maximum 10 pull ups. You can still get rated if you do less than 10.
