Laura London: Seated Back Flys

This is the first in the series of Laura London challenges. The Seated Back Fly challenge involves completing as many continuous flys as possible whilst balancing on an exercise ball. The exercise must be performed with excellent form, as per the video below, and safety is paramount. The weights to be used are as follows:- Women = 2 x 5kgs dumbbells Men = 2 x 10kgs dumbbells. Here's what you need to do to take part:

This is the first in the series of Laura London challenges. The Seated Back Fly challenge involves completing as many continuous flys as possible whilst balancing on an exercise ball. The exercise must be performed with excellent form, as per the video below, and safety is paramount.
The weights to be used are as follows:-
