I'm going to rename this challenge to focus on proper form (i.e. chin-ups and pull-ups where you have to go all the way up and all the way down...not half way). I don't think I saw 1 good pull up or chin up.

All the way down... of course its a longer and harder movement then a partial... but thats the only way to do a true rep and count it....

In all honesty, this is a great challenge, but when you are doing pull ups and chin ups, YOU NEED TO GO ALL THE WAY DOWN. Not half way. That defeats the purpose. It's a lot harder to do a full chin up then a half chin up. Just sayin...I believe I might try this tomorrow if I get a chance.
