Single arm, clean and press

This is more of a modern strength and balance test. Pick the heaviest dumbbell you can handle and with one arm just as you would with two power clean the DB to the chest neck area and then press it above your head, as this is a power movement I encourage you to use your legs to aid you in powering the weight up Scoring is simple, the heaviest wieght wins.
