surely this should be done on the floor not against two fixed objects which assist in locking your body in position.
Try this on the floor fully outstretched on flat hands or fingers with no objects to press against bringing all muscles into play

That's a great effort, but that's not a real body prop. you have to be between 2 objects...like 2 walls where your hands are against something..not resting on something.
