Challenge for: male and female competitors
Ability level: suitable for all competitors
Age range: any age 		starting in the lower portion of a pushup feet together,..you will have two even stacks of gym steps on either side of you,you must be between the stacks of boxes they cannot be in front of your body. Not in front of your body... explode up onto the steps. how high can you go? post your heights in inches
