I have never done them on a trx band. I do roll outs with a bench bar using 25 or 45lb plates on each side. this is even harder then using the trx straps. doing them this way makes you parallel to the ground. And, syl, I can do these on my toes. if you want to see it, let me know. I'll make a vi...
