The Firefly Pose Challenge

The Firefly Pose is as follows:- 1. Squat over the floor. With shoulders wide apart, place your hands on the floor infront of you. Tilt the pelvis forward & bring your trunk between your legs. 2. Keep your trunk low, straighten your legs enough to lift your pelvis to about height of your knees. 3.Keep all your body weight concentrated on your hands & palms.
