  • profile pic Great job on 912 sit-ups Jen! Good question... Using seconds instead of minutes or even an hour was for personal reasons. Our Boot was hosting a "Sit-up for Cents" Fundraiser to raise money for a Zumba Instructor, wife and mother of 4, who has Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Hence the 3600 seconds We were able to raise $3000 and are still raising more money. The greatest thing about htis is hse has no idea we are doing this. In one week we plan to bring her a Christmas dinner and cashier's check. Thanks for participating! Jennifer

Age range: any age 		Can you beat 1,316 sit-ups in 60 minutes?
That's around 22 sit-ups per minute. I took two unnecessary 2 minute breaks because I was in a charitable fundraiser and all of the distractions that come with being in charge of this. If I hadn't done this I am certain I would have hit 1400!
