Can you beat 1,316 sit-ups in 60 minutes? That's around 22 sit-ups per minute. I took two unnecessary 2 minute breaks because I was in a charitable fundraiser and all of the distractions that come with being in charge of this.     Lemme start by saying i will NEVER do this again!!!! i can barely stand up straight and i can only imagine what im gonna feel tomorrow.......One more thing.......i have to thank the original poster.........your breakdown of pushups per minute gave me an easy guideline to beating your score.......i simply added two situps per minute then as many extra as i could get at the end......without that i most likely would have just went hard and burnt out waaaaay early.
