Can someone clarify: placing the weight on the bar makes it heavier than your bodyweight because of bar weight? I weigh 250 and I'm in either way but am having video problems...

Thanks PersonTrainer. I train like this already. Found out I have 2 tears in my meniscus and a mild ACL sprain, so when I get the thumbs up to lift again (surgery or not), I will do this and I will set my goal at over 20 min.

Seeing what Bear has done on the other challenges, 15 minutes is doable!

Once I knee heals up, I will give this one a go. From what I have done before, I believe I can def. get over 15 min. mark.
