Challenge for: all
Ability level: suitable for all competitors
Age range: 18 to 60 years of age
weigh your self then place that weight on a smith machine do the same with a olympic bar infront of the smith machine,
now follow this
1st min one rep on a squat and dead lift
2nd min 2 reps on each
3rd min 3 reps on each
4th min 4 reps on each
go until you run out of time or gas out
the remainder of the time in each min is your rest this will get less as the reps get more

  • mr workout thats correct you put your own weight on the bar so i put 100kg on the smith and free bar then deadlift and squat iv got to 9mins
