The thumbs and fingers have all got to touch resembling a diamond shape...and trust me that couple of mm's makes a huge difference in lactate build up..

Redone! To a proper Diamond push up form. My reps have taken a beating, but i'll retrain from this point on.

Your right.I 'll improve my posture and make sure my hands are touching in my next attempt, even if that means, 10 or so less reps...

skinnybloke...I love the effort, but I would recommend going down farther. my chest is within 1" of my hands everytime I go down.

I know my form needs to improve guys i,e fingers touching fully.
I'll make sure they do next attempt.
