Age range: any age 		This will challenge your abs like nothing else! Start out with your hands on the floor and your feet together on the ball (like a press-up). Keeping your legs and back straight, bring the ball towards your hands. The link below gives a good demonstration of how to do it. How many (continuous) pikes can you do?
