  • profile pic Getting out of a tri wetsuit is great practice and a really good challenge to do. I know it's a bit of fun, but trying to get in one as fast as possible? Not sure that's of any use. Elite triathletes at ITU are getting out of a suit in less than 5 seconds. They will spend up to 20 minutes getting one on and making sure it's the right fit.

Challenge for: all
Ability level: suitable for all competitors
Age range: any age 		OK, it's just a bit of fun, but if you're a triathlete it's good practice for transitions. Simply get into and back out of a wetsuit as fast as you possibly can. Ideally you should zip it up, but if the wetsuit is too small then just make some effort to get the zip moving
