Simple. 300 reps, bodyweight exercises, as fast as possible. 50 Deep Squats, 50 Wide Push-Ups, 50 Burpees, 50 Tuck Jumps, 50 Narrow Push-Ups, 50 Hand/Forearm Switches STRICT FORM PLEASE! Especially on the push-ups! Arms locked out. Chest (not chin) to within one fist of the floor. Back straight. None of those "martial arts" push-ups as I call them. 100 in 60 seconds is NOT believable - gravity only works so fast...  more about this challenge...

    Was my second workout of the day. I have repeated it, but my timer stopped half way through - so no idea if I'd have beaten the original time!
    Strict form for all exercises please - especially the push-ups! (none of those silly little half reps that people claim to do 100 in 60 seconds etc.) Arms locked out at top, back straight, chest (not chin) to within one fist of the floor.

    A nice little workout to test and re-test your fitness from time to time. :-)
