    GedMustoNumber1: Be better with a video though Bex...not doubting Steve's score but there are some on this site who just puts up any sort of scores, there should be regulations against this and respect to guys like Stevie, Angelo, Exskinnybloke who at least put up a

What does this challenge involve?

CHAIR DIP CHALLENGE is an event for everyone and their chair! Simple do as many chair dips as possible without pausing or stopping (video evidence required for validation). CHAIR DIP EXERCISE: Sit on the edge of the chair with hands holding front edge, legs extended straight outwards with heels touching the floor. Lower your body off the edge of the chair until upper arms are parallel to the floor. Straighten arms and bring yourself back up to the starting position.





Always warm-up before you workout.

''as the requirements states..I will try this when my arms have recovered from the KB Figure of 8's and the Medicine Ball Circles, 75% of the entries haven't put up a video to back up their claims...and it is something that is p...ing not just myself but Andy Weaver, Bear, and others who have at least the guts to prove our scores...over 30 years I can prove every accomplishment I have done, come on guys don't cheat on the scores just to boost your ratings...the truth always comes out in the end!!!...

  • Looking at my vid, maybe should of 'clicked out' a little more... Did shoulders today, locking out fully, most likely a little burnt out, going for the top spot in a few weeks!
