What does this challenge involve?

This challenge involves a short, but intense burst of energy. It's perfect for the explosive athletes amongst you. Simply set your Concept II rower for 100m. Its an all out sprint, as fast as you can go. Any fan setting (1-10) will do. Oh, and this challenge is weight adjusted, meaning the 16 stone powerhouses and 9 stone weeds are on a level playing field. "On your marks, get set, GO......"
