    Very beatable I'd say - real sweat fest though - good challenge if room in the gym is restricted or you fancy a change up workout with a friend for friendly competition

    GedMustoNumber1: Skydivers/Suicide Push-Ups!!...Curl and Press are 2 completely separate exercises not 1, please explain with a vid clip Mike!!..finally 34mins is one hell of an effort...
