    Very beatable I'd say - real sweat fest though - good challenge if room in the gym is restricted or you fancy a change up workout with a friend for friendly competition

    GedMustoNumber1: Skydivers/Suicide Push-Ups!!...Curl and Press are 2 completely separate exercises not 1, please explain with a vid clip Mike!!..finally 34mins is one hell of an effort...

What does this challenge involve?

2 x 10kg Dumbells (5-7kg for women)
10 exercises
10 reps of each
10 times over

(Completed in a circuit fashion, ie: Laps of the following)

THE EXERCISES:
10 x alternating reverse lunges (5 each side)
10 x Bent Over Row
10 x Squats
10 x Push Ups
10 x single Leg RDL (5 each leg)
10 x Weighted Crunches (holding both DBs over head)
10 x Sky Divers
10 x Suicide Push Ups
10 x Burpees
10 x Curl and Press
