What does this challenge involve?

As above.
Take your bodyweight and quarter it. Use the closest set of dumbells to that weight, using rounding.
Alternating rep rep reps, untill failure.
Strict form, and video proof please!

  • Hey kito, sorry i havent spotted your message sooner... Upload the veido from you iphone onto your computer then when you "Add/update score" there will be a option to upload a video, simply click on that, then find your video on your pc through the box it brings up and click on it, then the box will go, and click on upload. Good luck!

  • Sorry if I sound dumb guys there are a few challenged I want to try but how do I up load a video? I have an iPhone with a movie camera is it possible to up load from that? Could some one pls help me either pm me or email me at kito619@hotmail.co.uk many thanks
