Challenge for: all
Ability level: suitable for all competitors
Age range: any age 		A great drill for improving your speed to your feet and your ability to make multiple saves in quick succession.

Start seated. On go, get to your feet.

Touch the crossbar (or as near as you can get!), get your friend/coach to fire a shot at you so you can make the save.

Then sit down, get back up and touch the crossbar again.

Repeat as many times as you can in 20 seconds.
