A great drill for improving your speed to your feet and your ability to make multiple saves in quick succession. Start seated. On go, get to your feet. Touch the crossbar (or as near as you can get!), get your friend/coach to fire a shot at you so you can make the save. Then sit down, get back up and touch the crossbar again.     OK, so the crossbar was a little easy to reach, but I reckon the terrible pitch conditions more than made up for it. Amazing how tiring that was

Here's what you need to do to take part:
