Age range: any age 		Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation This simple challenge is brought to you in cooperation with the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, a great charity founded in honour of a great (and truly competitive) man who inspired many people.

This is a fun challenge for sports club socials or if you're with a group of friends getting ready to go out. All you need is a stopwatch and a pile of old t-shirts. Simply get as many t-shirts on in 1 minute as you can.

See if you can beat Olympic Gold Medallists Pete Reed MBE and Andy Hodges MBE, who're taking part in the challenge in aid of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

The rules are simple: only t-shirts that are over the head and have both arms fully through the sleeves when the minute is up count.

If you want to support the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, they regularly seek runners to take part in major marathons and half-marathons, and also run many great events you can take part in to help defeat lung cancer.
