One-Legged Balance Dumbbell press challenge

Stand on the bell part of a Kettle bell (24K or 50 lb) with the forefoot of one leg. Now keeping balanced on the one leg, starting with a 5kg or heavier dumbell in the down position raise it overhead until arm is full extended, that is one rep.
