Kettlebell Toss

Grab a Kettlebell, for men a minimum of 50 lbs or 22 kg, for women a minimum of 30 lbs or 14 kg. Start with feet slightly wider than shoulder width, kettlebell between your legs. Grip kettlebell with two hands and start swinging between your legs. After you get momentum, after you thrust the kettlebell forward through your legs, let it go and see hoe far you can toss it. Here's what you need to do to take part:

Grab a Kettlebell, for men a minimum of 50 lbs or 22 kg, for women a minimum of 30 lbs or 14 kg. Start with feet slightly wider than shoulder width, kettlebell between your legs. Grip kettlebell with two hands and start swinging between your legs. After you get momentum, after you thrust the kettlebell forward through your legs, let it go and see hoe far you can toss it. Measure from your toes to the closest part of the impact point of the kettlebell. Watch my video for a demo.

Make sure you do this on grass or dirt, the kettlebell lands pretty hard. Have fun.
