Arm Hang and Pull Torture Test

Simple Test. You need a Pullup bar and a timer. The challenge is to do as many pullups as you can without getting off the bar, the twist is that you must wait a minimum of 10 seconds between each Pullup. This makes it a combination of a bar hang challenge and a Pullup challenge. From a dead hang perform a standard Pullup, chin over bar and come back down to a dead hang. Here's what you need to do to take part:
