I see thanks bear. Ok just that although the challange is for a 'standard' leg press machine, each 'sled' weighs differently, and im not sure if the gym owner knows the weight of it. Although it doesent make a huge difference to the weight. (I know mine if very light)

Exskinnybloke.....you are using the weight of the weights and machine. my leg press machine has a tare weight of 80lbs. I had 810 lbs. of plates on it.

Do you just take the weight added to the press machine?

lol, thanks PhilFit. Before I ruptured my achilles I was actually up to 950lbs. for reps of 4. I don't think I want to lift heavy anymore with my legs. Trying to get into running more. Can't run with big legs.

you have to divide the weight you press by your bodyweight muscleguy, its a weight adjusted challenge...........and video proof is necessary.....were not just gonna assume u did this......and if i know bear hes not gonna accept the 250 lb guy on the rack either
