Challenge for: all
Ability level: suitable for all competitors
Age range: any age 		Complete as many Burpee-Squat Clean - Thrusters as possible in 3 minutes with a Brute Force Sandbag. Men should aim for an 80lb/36kg bag and women should aim for a 40lb/18kg bag. See video for full technique.
