This exercise focuses on developing the abdominal region and helps to strengthen the back and legs. To perform this exercice, lift your feet off the ground and extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height. Your body has to form a V shape. Hold this postion for as long as possible.     4 mins 32 secs, well pleased with this, got the breathing right for once, unfortunately didnt get to video due to insufficient time on the sd card..but took a self timed shot to show my technique...This most certainly killed the hamstrings towards the end, keeping the breathing as well as the good form and technique was by far the hardest...I compare this to a reverse Samsons Chair, more a case of holding everything together, great for the core though!!!......
