OK, I've tried to take Sbaguru's excellent suggestion on board. The challenge formula has been updated so it takes 2bpm off for every decade of your age (although it does it gradually - i.e. someone who's 20 gets nothing off, someone who's 30 gets 2bpm off, someone who's 35 gets 3 off and so on)

Hi team Konkura. Didn't mean to imply it should be maximum heart rate, was pointing out that by age agusting it you actually penalize the older folks. I think just resting heart rate regarless of age is better. Best might be to deduct 2 bpm for eery decade over 30. 30-39 = (RHR-2), 40-49 = (RHR-...
